Endura is not hollow and the material is not vinyl. The Endura panel is 1-1/2" thick and 3/4" in the non "x" areas. Endura-panels have excellent insulation properties, impervious to water, mold, mildew and WILL NOT warp, rot or split... guaranteed! Armour offers products built with the Endura-panel material and NO RUST aluminum framing to create a product that will outlast traditional steel and lumber products. Standard and custom sizes are available upon request. Endura-panels are available in white and do not require paint or stain. Painting NOT recommended.

Armour's Breezewood XL Sliding Stall Door with Herringbone Top is manufactured with conservatism in mind. This door is an inexpensive way to provide additional ventilation to your horse's stall while obtaining a fresh new interior look. A modern rendition of our Traditional Crossbuck design taken a step higher. This design is in keeping with the tried and true pattern of old but additionally provides greater ventilation to the stall area as is always appreciated by the occupants. Door arrives completely assembled with the hardware and endura panel! Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust door frame surrounds the lower 48" endura panel on all four edges. Breezewood endura panels are 1-1/2" thick ventilated panels. Counter sunk screw placements for a scratch free stall front wall. Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure, except endura panel. Full height 96" (or 84") vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. Round schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter are used to create the bar top as well as the welded twin herringbone side panels. The Bar Top has a between bar spacing of 3" and all the extruded aluminum materials used is the fabrication of the door is at least 1/8" quality thickness. Concealed weldments throughout door structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the horse stall industry! Installation instructions and all the necessary hardware is included: one self cleaning, galvanized, overhead round 96" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one zinc plated, Super Latch, and one adjustable heavy duty, stay roller plus fasteners for lumber installations. Creative Options: Breezewood panels can be ordered with solid back panel for a non-ventilated door option. Breezewood panels can also be manufactured with your own design, horse or farm name on door.
