Limited Warranty
Armour Companies, LLC warrants its manufactured aluminum components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
If, after inspection by Armour Companies, LLC, a product is determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship, Armour Companies will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be approved in advance by an authorized Armour Companies representative. A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be issued before any product is returned.
Approved warranty items must be returned in suitable packaging or securely banded to the original pallet. Unless otherwise authorized in writing, the customer is responsible for all inbound and outbound freight charges associated with warranty claims.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper operation, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, improper handling, or failure to follow Armour Companies’ installation or care recommendations.
- Damage resulting from acts of nature, fire, flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, or other events beyond Armour Companies’ control.
- Cosmetic damage, including minor scratches, dents, or finish variations that do not affect product performance.
- Damage occurring during shipping after the product has been accepted by the customer or receiving party.
- Lumber, wood products, PVC products, powder coating, hardware, or other components manufactured by third-party suppliers, which are subject only to the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers, if applicable.
Labor
This warranty covers replacement or repair of the defective Armour-manufactured component only. It does not include labor costs for removal, reinstallation, transportation, equipment rental, loss of use, or any other incidental or consequential expenses.
Original Purchaser
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Limitation of Liability
Repair or replacement of the defective component, at Armour Companies’ sole discretion, shall be the customer’s exclusive remedy under this warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armour Companies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of business, veterinary expenses, injury to animals, or damage to other property arising from the use or inability to use its products.
Entire Warranty
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by Armour Companies, LLC. No other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply except as expressly stated herein.
