Half Gates

Armour’s Half Gates are designed just as the name sounds; a hinged stall gate that is big enough to retain a horse in its stall, while allowing the horse to still hang its head out of the top of the gate opening. Our Half Gates are made with the same high-quality materials and manufacturing as our other products, yet at an affordable price. Each of our Half Gates come fully assembled and ready to hang. Our gates also include all of the hardware needed for installation. This hardware includes a zinc plated latch, stainless steel hinges, stainless steel fasteners and stainless steel hook and eye set.

Half Gate Materials

Each of our products is designed with your equine needs in mind, creating a high-quality product that will last for years to come. The materials that are used to build our Half Gates include our non-rusting aluminum, Endura PVC material, exterior ply-lumber, and #1 Southern Yellow Pine. Our Half Gates are designed with quality aluminum channel, concealed welds and miter cut corners, creating a clean look to each of our gates.

Half Gate Styles

Armour Horse Stalls offers a great selection of different Half Gate styles to choose from. No matter what style you are looking for, we have something for everyone! The Half Gate styles that Armour offers include: Coolbreeze Half Gates, Crossbuck Half Gates, Endura Half Gates, Logo Half Dutch Gates, Smooth Half Gates, and Tongue and Groove Half Gates. The Coolbreeze Half Gates are made completely out of our non-rusting aluminum. The Coolbreeze Half Gate includes 1” pickets and 3” spacing between bars, allowing excellent airflow into the stall. Our Crossbuck Half Gate is made out of lumber with an aluminum frame and includes the timeless “x” design on the front of the gate. Armour’s Endura Half Gate is made out of a heavy-duty PVC plastic and is contained in an aluminum frame. Endura is a very long-lasting material, as it never rots, splits, warps, or grows mold. Our Endura Half Gate comes in a variety of different styles including: Smooth, Crossbuck, Tongue and Groove, Chevron, Backboard, Diamond, and Crossbuck See-Thru. Our Logo Half Gate is meant to be used inside your home or barn and can be designed to blend in with the décor of your home or barn with one of our premade logos or your own! All lumber and wood gates are recommended to be painted or stained and Endura should NOT be painted. The Smooth Half Gate is a very simple gate that comes with smooth lumber contained in our aluminum frame and is similar to a Southern Yellow Pine color. Our Tongue and Groove Half Gate is made with #1 Southern Yellow Pine and an aluminum frame bordering the pine panel. This gate can be ordered in either horizontal or vertical tongue and groove and can also be painted or stained to match the rest of your barn.
