Manufactured with the bottom channel attached and the convenience of loading the boards into the bottom straight up and down, or vertically, this Vertical Load Sliding Stall Door is sure to add value to any stable. Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust doors arrive completely assembled and ready for lumber load in the bottom 48" of the door. Non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure. Full height 96" (or 84") vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. Round schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter are used to create the 48" bar top (or 36" top on a 84" high door) as well as the welded twin herringbone side panels. The Bar Top has a between bar spacing of 3" and all the extruded aluminum materials used is the fabrication of the door is at least 1/8" quality thickness. No thin 1/16" material is used in construction of these doors, so compare before you buy! Concealed weldments throughout door structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the horse stall industry! All the necessary hardware is included: one round 8'0" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two aluminum stops, one Super Latch, and one adjustable stay roller plus fasteners for lumber installations.
