The Horizontal Tongue & Groove Sliding Stall Door with Herringbone Top arrives completely assembled, no lumber to cut! Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust doors arrive completely assembled and 48" lower lumber panel is surrounded on all four edges of lumber insert by channel. Counter sunk screw placements for a scratch free stall front wall. Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure, except lumber. Full height 96" (or 84") vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. Round schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter are used to create the bar top as well as the welded twin herringbone side panels. The Bar Top has a between bar spacing of 3" and all the extruded aluminum materials used is the fabrication of the door is at least 1/8" quality thickness. No thin 1/16" material is used in construction of these doors, so compare before you buy! Concealed weldments throughout door structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the horse stall industry! Installation instructions and all the necessary hardware is included: one self cleaning, galvanized, overhead round 96" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one zinc plated, Super Latch, and one adjustable heavy duty, stay roller plus fasteners for lumber installations.
