These sliding doors are manufactured to fit over your 48" wide by 97-3/8" (or 85-3/8") high door opening. A 7-1/2" header, for track mount, above the door opening is recommended. Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust doors arrive completely assembled and ready for your horizontal lumber load in the bottom 48" of the door. The bottom channel is left off the fully assembled door for you to insert the lumber of your choice (lumber not included). Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure. Full height 96" vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. Round schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter are used on door top with a 3" between bar spacing also known as 4" on center. The V Top features concealed welds for a prettier appearance while allowing stall inhabitants to peruse the aisle. All aluminum used is at least 1/8" quality thickness, no thin 1/16" material is used in construction of these doors. Concealed welds throughout the door structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the horse stall industry! All the necessary hardware is included: one round 8'0" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two aluminum stops, one Super Latch, and one adjustable stay roller plus fasteners for lumber installations.
