The Endura material is a dense PVC plastic product which is solid. Endura is not hollow and the material is not vinyl. The Endura panel is 1-1/2" thick and 3/4" in the non "x" areas.
Endura-panels have excellent insulation properties, impervious to water, mold, mildew and WILL NOT warp, rot or split... guaranteed! Armour offers products built with the Endura-panel material and NO RUST aluminum framing to create a product that will outlast traditional steel and lumber products. Standard and custom sizes are available upon request. Endura-panels are available in white and do not require paint or stain. Painting NOT recommended.

The Endura Crossbuck Sliding Stall Door with V Top arrives completely assembled, no lumber to cut! Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust doors arrive completely assembled and 48" lower Endura panel is surrounded on all four edges of the Insert by channel. Counter sunk screw placements for a scratch free stall front wall. Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure, except Endura Insert Panel. Full height 96" vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. Round schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter are used on door top with a 3” between bar spacing also known as 4” on center. The V Top features concealed welds for a clean appearance. The V Top is a good option for allowing stall inhabitants to peruse the aisle. All aluminum used is at least 1/8" quality thickness, no thin 1/16" material is used in construction of this style door. Concealed welds throughout the remaining door structure is performed for the cleanest appearance door in the horse stall industry! No Ugly Welds! Installation instructions and all the necessary hardware is included: one self cleaning, galvanized, overhead round 96" track, two adjustable trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one zinc plated, Super Latch, and one adjustable, heavy duty, stay roller plus fasteners for installation into lumber constructed barns/interiors.
