The Crossbuck Sliding Stall Door with Herringbone and Spring Loaded Fold Down Top arrives completely assembled, no lumber to cut! Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust doors arrive completely assembled and 48" lower lumber panel is surrounded on all four edges of lumber insert by channel. Counter sunk screw placements for a scratch free stall front wall. Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure, except lumber. Full height 96" (or 84") vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. Round schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter are used to create the bar top as well as the welded twin herringbone side panels. The Bar Top has a between bar spacing of 3" and all the extruded aluminum materials used is the fabrication of the door is at least 1/8" quality thickness. No thin 1/16" material is used in construction of these doors, so compare before you buy! The Spring Loaded Fold Down Top is released by one pull of the center picket and easily returned by repeating the maneuver. The Fold Down is a great option for flexibility of allowing stall inhabitants to peruse the aisle or be retained at a moments notice. Concealed weldments throughout door structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the horse stall industry!
