The Crossbuck Sliding Stall Door with Gossip Top arrives completely assembled, no lumber to cut! Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust doors arrive completely assembled and 48" lower lumber panel is surrounded on all four edges of lumber insert by channel. Counter sunk screw placements for a scratch free stall front wall. Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure, except the lower lumber panel, of course! Full height 96" (or 84") vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. Round schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter are used to create the triple bar door top also known as a Gossip Top. All aluminum used is at least 1/8" quality thickness, no thin 1/16" material is used in construction of these doors. Concealed weldments throughout door structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the horse stall industry! Installation instructions and all the necessary hardware is included: one self cleaning, galvanized, overhead round 96" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one zinc plated, Super Latch, and one adjustable heavy duty, stay roller plus fasteners for lumber installations.
