Armour offers a Traditional Double Swing Tongue & Groove Shutter manufactured with the best #1 grade lumber on the market. This set of two panels are 18" wide x 36" high are manufactured to be split in the center. Each shutter panel arrives fully assembled with lumber. Painting or staining door lumber portion is recommended. The T&G lumber is surrounded by heavy gauge, non rusting, aluminum channels and miter cut corners. Shutters arrive with unmarred lumber fascias because all wood glue and counter sunk wood placements take place in the rear of the panel. The smooth interior surface panels provide an "edge free" surface, for those stalls housing cribbing equines. Four 6" Stainless Steel T-hinges, Two Super Latches and fasteners for installation into lumber construction are included. Custom sizes are available.
Please Note: The T&G pattern is only on one side of the shutter and the opposite side is smooth. If you wish for the pattern to show when the shutters are open, then simply flip the shutters before installing.
