Armour's double hinged Smooth Shutter design arrives as a set of two panels with face mount hinges and latch. These shutter panels swing open to each side of any barn window opening of adequate size. Two panel design allows for easy open and close with the flip of a latch. Curb the amount of airflow by opening only one shutter side. Each shutter arrives fully assembled with lumber. Shutters are not pre-hung. Shutters are shipped complete with two zinc plated Super latch and latch receiver plates, four stainless steel T-hinges. Painting or staining door lumber portion is recommended. The Smooth lumber is surrounded by heavy gauge, non rusting, aluminum channels. Shutters arrive with unmarred lumber fascias on one side because all wood glue and counter sunk wood placements take place in the rear of the panel.
