The Unique Vertical Tongue and Groove Sliding Stall Door with Bar Top arrives completely assembled, no lumber to cut! Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust doors arrive completely assembled and 48" lower Vertical T& G lumber panel is surrounded on all four edges of the lumber insert by extruded channel. Counter sunk screw placements for a scratch free stall front wall. No-rust heavy gauge ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure, except lumber panel. Full height 96" (or 84") vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. Schedule 40 round pickets of 1" diameter are used on door top and have a 3" between bar spacing (also known as 4" on center). All aluminum used is at least 1/8" quality thickness, no thin 1/16" material is used in construction of these doors. Concealed weldments throughout door frame structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the horse stall component industry! Installation instructions and all the necessary hardware is included: one self cleaning, galvanized, overhead round 96" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one zinc plated Super Latch, and one adjustable heavy duty, stay roller plus fasteners for lumber installations.
