These sliding stall doors are manufactured to fit over your 48" wide by 97-3/8" high door openings. A 7-1/2" header above your 96" opening is necessary for the track to mount. Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust doors arrive completely assembled and ready for your horizontal lumber load in the bottom 48" of the door. The bottom channel is left off the fully assembled door for you to insert the lumber of your choice (lumber not included). Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure. Full height 96" (or 84") vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. Round schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter are used throughout the bar top and have a 3" between bar spacing. The Herringbone, side panels, are also made of the same 1" diameter round material and welded in place to create the unique door top. The Spring Loaded Fold Down Top is released by one pull of the center picket and easily returned by repeating the maneuver. The Fold Down is a great option for flexibility of allowing stall inhabitants to peruse the aisle or be retained at a moments notice.
All the extruded aluminum materials used is the fabrication of the door is at least 1/8" quality thickness. No thin 1/16" material is used in construction of these doors, so compare before you buy! Concealed weldments throughout door structure for a clean appearance. All the necessary hardware is included: one 8'0" track (round type), two heavy duty trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one traditional slide bolt latch, and one stay roller (adjustable). Fasteners for product and hardware for lumber barn structure installations are also included.
