Manufactured with the bottom channel attached and the convenience of loading the boards into the bottom straight up and down, or vertically, this Vertical Load Sliding Stall Door is sure to add value to any stable. The VERTSDSOLOP will fit over a 48" wide by 96" high door opening. And a 7-1/2" header above your 96" opening is necessary for the track to mount. If you do not have 7-1/2", please let us know and we will try to accommodate any situation by the use of alternate hardware or customizing the product. Heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust doors arrive completely assembled and ready for your 1-1/2" thickness vertical lumber load in the bottom 48" of the door. Full height 96" (or 84") vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for strength and reinforced header channels maximize rigidity. The door bar top is assembled of 1" diameter round schedule 40 pickets with a 3" between bar spacing. The bar top is standard 48" tall for an 96" door and 36" tall for a 84" door. The Lift Out Panel Top is released by lifting the grille section and pulling it toward the aisle and is re-installed by reversing the maneuver. The Lift Out Panel is a great option for allowing stall inhabitants to peruse the aisle for longer periods of time, but may require to be retained at a moments notice. One Lift Out Panel can be used in multiple doors of the same size, therefore keeping one on hand in the aisle may be a better option.
All the extruded aluminum materials used is the fabrication of the door is at least 1/8" quality thickness and NO 1/16" THIN material is used, so compare before you buy! Concealed welds are used throughout the door structure for a clean appearance. All the necessary hardware is included: one 8'0" track (round type), two heavy duty trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one traditional slide bolt latch, and one stay roller (adjustable). Fasteners for product and hardware for lumber barn structure installations are also included.
