The Endura material is a dense PVC plastic product which is solid. Endura is not hollow and the material is not vinyl. The Endura panel is 1-1/2" thick and 3/4" in the non "x" areas.

Endura-panels have excellent insulation properties, impervious to water, mold, mildew and WILL NOT warp, rot or split... guaranteed! Armour offers products built with the Endura-panel material and NO RUST aluminum framing to create a product that will outlast traditional steel and lumber products. Standard and custom sizes are available upon request. Endura-panels are available in white and do not require paint or stain. Painting NOT recommended.

Round schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter are used on door top with a 3" between bar spacing also known as 4" on center. The Lift Out Panel Top is released by lifting the grille section and pulling it toward the aisle. Reverse the maneuver to re-install. The Lift Out Panel is a great option for allowing stall inhabitants to peruse the aisle for longer periods of time, but may require to be retained at a moments notice. One Lift Out Panel can be used in multiple doors of the same size, therefore keeping one on hand in the aisle may be an option. All the necessary hardware is included: one round 8'0" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two aluminum stops, one Super Latch, and one adjustable stay roller plus fasteners for lumber installations.
