The Coolbreeze Sliding Stall Door with Lift Out Panel Top arrives completely assembled without anything to assemble! No loose pieces to put together! All the necessary hardware is included! Doors arrive complete with one self cleaning galvanized overhead round 96" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one zinc plated Super latch, latch receiver plates, one neoprene adjustable stay roller and detailed installation instructions. Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the door structure. Full height 96" vertical, square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity. Reinforced header channels as well as lower door panel reinforcements are added for durability and strength. Round bar pickets of 1" diameter schedule 40 throughout door Grille top and bottom. The Lift Out Panel Top is released by lifting the grille section and pulling it toward the aisle. Reverse the maneuver to re-install. The Lift Out Panel is a great option for allowing stall inhabitants to peruse the aisle for longer periods of time, but may require to be retained at a moments notice. One Lift Out Panel can be used in multiple doors of the same size, therefore keeping one on hand in the aisle may be an option. All aluminum used is at least 1/8" quality thickness, no thin 1/16" material is used in the construction of this door. Concealed weldments are throughout door structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the stall manufacturing industry.
