Mr. Brutus contacted us needing stall doors for a 4′ wide opening, along with custom 48″ tall grills featuring built-in Feeder Access Doors. Armour manufactured the doors with 3/4″ Schedule 40 round pipe featuring 3″ between bar spacing, along with full-length 1-3/4″ square tubing down each side for added rigidity and strength. Concrete stall front walls were built by Mr. Brutus below the grills, while the lumber headers above were painted to match for a clean, coordinated appearance. Front wall and lumber header align to accommodate the stall door and track to roll flush over the face of the concrete wall. Armour also provided aluminum posts on each side of the grill ends, creating a finished look for the front stall system. Mr. Brutus installed his own tongue and groove lumber in the bottom portion of the doors, giving the barn a classic and customized appearance. Armour also provided and shipped the complete installation package, including round rail track, trolleys, stops, latches, stayrollers, instructions and all necessary fasteners for installation.
