Something a little different, the Vertical Tongue and Groove Sliding Stall Door with Gossip Top arrives completely assembled, with #1 grade T&G lumber already installed! Lumber is ready for your paint or stain, the heavy gauge, all aluminum, no rust door arrives completely assembled and 48" lower lumber panel is surrounded on all four edges of lumber insert (by channel). Counter sunk screw placements for a scratch free stall front wall. Heavy gauge non-rusting ALUMINUM is used throughout the entire door structure, except lumber. Full height 96" (or 84") vertical square tubing on both sides of door are added for rigidity and strength and reinforced header channels. The triple bar Gossip Top is constructed of round, schedule 40 pickets of 1" diameter. All aluminum used is at least 1/8" quality thickness (11 gauge), no thin 1/16" material is used in construction of these doors. Concealed weldments throughout door structure for the cleanest looking appearance in the horse stall industry! Installation instructions and all the necessary hardware is included: one self cleaning, galvanized, overhead round 96" track, two ball bearing trolleys, two custom aluminum stops, one zinc plated, Super Latch, and one adjustable heavy duty, stay roller plus fasteners for lumber installations.
